    I have problem with latest Benz update, installation bar goes up to 50% and give message installation error, there is no app Benz in uninstall section. Second problem after ford update it no communicate with any ford truck f-series (not reading vin number), before update everything works. I already did uninstall ford app and reinstall with no luck.

     Hi, please check and see is there a benz folder under below path: “ES files  EXPLORER----scan---vehicle--Europe—--Benz”. If there is one, please delete it. Also delete it if you find one under “ES files EXPLORER---scan---download” and “Maxisys---data manager—Apps Uninstall”. Then restart Maxisys elite and re-load and install the Benz software. As to Ford issue, would you please upload several data logs for checking, since it did not communicate with any ford truck f-series after update.

    Thx for Benz instruction it helpful. According to ford diagnosis I try ford escape, vin reading is OK, after try f series no vin reading, all logs uploaded to server
